About Chargebee and Stripe Security
Chargebee and Stripe are regularly audited to ensure they are PCI Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. This means there is no risk of your data or credit card information being stolen. SYVIR Technologies Ltd do not store credit card numbers. Our payment providers Chargebee and Stripe will store card details for recuring subscriptions. For all purchases, Chargebee and Stripe employs SSL Certificates that meet the highest standard in the Internet security industry for secure transactions. An SSL Certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission.

What If I Have a Problem?
By purchasing from SYVIR Technologies Ltd, you can be assured that you will receive the subscription and software you are purchasing. We take care of providing login credentials and downloads for your purchase. If you ever have a problem, you can get immediate help and resolution by emailing us at sales@syvir.com If you do not recognise a charge and would like us to get you a receipt, or suspect that the charge is fraudulent, we can quickly investigate and help you resolve the issue. In such event you must cease all use of the SYVIR Technologies Ltd sites, including services and content and destroy all copies of material made available through the SYVIR Technologies Ltd site.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the UK law. Any dispute concerning the use of SYVIR Technologies Ltd sites, it’s services, software and content falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Cambridge, UK. You agree that SYVIR Technologies Ltd, at SYVIR Technologies Ltd sole discretion, may elect to bring legal action regarding any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions before the courts of Cambridge, UK. or in any court in any country which may have jurisdiction and you herewith irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts chosen by SYVIR Technologies Ltd.
